1. How do I order if it's my first time ordering with you?
Please tell us the specifications (thickness, width, length per roll, hardness and embossing), application purpose and special request (flame-retardant, cold-crack resistant, anti-UV, etc.). If you have a sample you want to follow, send it to us and we will send you quotations according to the sample you send. Please see our quoting process here.

2. Can I request a FREE sample?
Sure! Let us know the specifications required. However, as we don't keep stock, we can only send the similar match sample to you.

3. How do I confirm the color is the same as what I require?
We have an in-house laboratory with color experts to deal with the colors. If you have a color in mind, we can make that color sample as close as possible for your approval.

4. Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, our MOQ is 1,000 KG per item. With some cases, it can be more or less. Please contact us on contact@skp.com.tw for more details.

5. Can I request 1 roll to test on our machine?
Due to our MOQ requirement, we don't produce just 1 roll for your custom order. We can produce an extra sample roll from our current production orders, but it may be slightly different from your request.

6. Do you have experience exporting to foreign countries?
Yes, we have been selling our PVC sheets globally to 60+ countries for 40 years.

7. Can I collaborate with you as a distributor/trader?
Absolutely! We welcome distributors and traders and offer special trade pricing for qualified partners.
