ORDERING, SAMPLE & MOQ

1. How to place an order?

Please tell us the specifications (thickness, width, length per roll, hardness and embossing), application purpose and special request (flame-retardant, cold-crack resistant, anti-UV, etc.). If you have a sample you want to follow, send it to us and we will send you quotations according to the sample you send.

2. Is FREE sample available?
Sure! Let us know the specifications required. However, as we don’t keep stock, we can only send the similar match sample to you.
3. How to ensure color consistancy?
We have an in-house laboratory with color experts to deal with the colors. If you have a color in mind, we can make that color sample as close as possible for your approval.
4. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, our MOQ is 1,000 KG per item. With some cases, it can be more or less. Please contact us on contact@skp.com.tw for more details.
5. Is it possible to request 1 roll to test on the machine?
Due to our MOQ requirement, we don’t produce just 1 roll for your custom order. We can produce an extra sample roll from our current production orders, but it may be slightly different from your request.
6. Do you have export experience?
Yes, we have been selling our PVC sheets globally to 60+ countries for 40 years.
7. Are distributor or trader partnerships available?
Absolutely! We welcome distributors and traders and offer special trade pricing for qualified partners.

CUSTOMIZATION & CAPABILITY

1. What can be customized?
At SKP, we do not keep standard PVC films in stock—every order is custom-made according to your specifications. Thickness, width, color, opacity, hardness, roll length, and embossing patterns can all be tailored to your requirements.
2. What additional properties can be added to PVC sheets?
Our PVC can be customized to be flame-retardant, cold-crack resistant, UV-resistant, anti-static, anti-mold, anti-fungal, heat-resistant (polymer). These properties can be adjusted to the level required for your application.
3. What are the embossing patterns available?
Lots…. not even joking! Send us your sample, then we can find the similar match for you.
4. Is it possible to purchase PVC sheets in smaller roll lengths instead of standard bulk packaging?
Of course! Roll lengths can be customized according to your needs. However, a minimum roll weight of 25 KG is required for production.
5. How many UV hours can be guaranteed with anti-UV additive?
Unfortunately not, we cannot guarantee a specific lifespan, as it depends on the weather conditions, geographic location and sunlight in different countries. However, we can conduct QUV testing in-house to evaluate yellowing over different exposure time periods.
6. How low temperature your PVC can withstand with cold-crack resistant additives?
With additives, our PVC can hold up to -30℃.
7. Can PVC films be fire-retardant and cold-crack resistant at the same time?
Yes, that is not a problem for us.
8. Are OEM and ODM service available?
We offer both services and can support customized development based on your needs.

COMPLIANCE, PACKAGING & SHIPPING

1. Are the PVC sheets REACH, RoHS, CPSIA and California Proposition 65 compliant?
Yes. Our formulations are customized to comply with various regulatory standards. Let us know your requirements, so we can ensure our vinyl is compliant accordingly.
2. Is non-phthalate formulation available?
Absolutely, we offer non-phthalate PVC film options to meet your local compliance standards.
3. Is Shih-Kuen Plastics ISO certified?
Yes, we are certified to ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
4. Does the flame-retardant PVC film have any certification?
Our PVC films can pass NFPA701 standard.
5. What are the packaging options available?

We offer various kinds of packaging. Shipping mark on rolls can be fully customized as well.

6. Are cartons and pallets necessary?

- Cartons are totally optional, and mainly used for additional protection. The cartons can also be printed with your company logo for reselling purposes.

- Pallets are required for LCL shipments. For FCL shipments, they are optional. If your priority is maximum loading capacity, we recommend packing without pallets. If you prioritize easier unloading and handling, pallets are recommended.

7. What is the lead time?
It usually takes approximately 3-4 weeks. The lead time may vary depending on the production schedule.
8. Is fast turnaround service available?
We are flexible! Please tell us your needs, we will do our best to meet your timeline requirements.
